West Ham vs Arsenal

Youngsters Mel Filis and Lois Joel made appearances off the bench for The Hammers as Arsenal won 2-0 in a tight game. The Gunners ended up in second place after leading the majority of the season but The Blues managed to leapfrog them on the last day of the season. West Ham came closest to scoring by hitting the bar from a corner but the away side controlled the majority of the second half.
Aston Villa vs Birmingham City
0-1
Manchester United loanee, Ramsey would make her last appearance for Birmingham City as she faced off against star left back, Maz Pacheco. In this Birmingham derby, it was City that broke the deadlock in the first 10 minutes of the first half. The home side couldn’t get back into the game despite dominating possession and having more shots but Ramsey held strong in goal, finishing off her impressive season with a clean sheet.
Chelsea vs Manchester United
4-2
In this entertaining game for both sides, Chelsea secured the WSL title whilst United dropped out of the Champions League spots after pushing the Champions to the edge. Both FORTE players involved, Russo and Galton played their parts in United’s great first half that they led 2-1 after some fine goals. However, Chelsea showed why they are champions in the second, scoring two great goals to bounce back and break the away side's hearts.
Brighton & Hove Albion vs Everton
1-1
U19 England international, Maisie Symonds was voted Player of the Match in this hard fought draw between the two mid table sides. Symonds was immense on the right flank, leading the high press that Brighton employed to put pressure on Everton which led to their opening goal. However, the away side managed to pull one back in the second half as the press faded.
